The tracking link

From "My progress", every participant has a tracking link. Whoever opens it sees a read-only summary: topics followed, steps completed, best score, topics passed and certificates. The email address never appears. The link requires no account.

The PDF

The same summary, on an A4 page, downloads from "My progress" or from the record page itself. It carries the generation date and the certificate serial numbers, verifiable online. Each language is produced in its own language, Chinese included.

Regenerating the link

A link given to the wrong person is revoked in one click, from "My progress". The old one stops working immediately; the new one has to be handed out again.

The tracking API

A manager following several participants can fetch their records at once, as JSON or CSV, with their tokens — the end of each tracking link, after /suivi/. No other authentication: the token is the key, and each participant chose to give it.

JSON

curl "https://freelean.academy/api/suivi?tokens=JETON_1,JETON_2"

Returns an object with participants (one per recognised token, with topics and totals) and inconnus (tokens that match nobody).

CSV

curl "https://freelean.academy/api/suivi?tokens=JETON_1,JETON_2&format=csv" -o suivi.csv

One row per participant and per topic, UTF-8 with BOM so Excel reads accents. Tokens are not in the file: it gets passed around, and it must not carry the key that produced it.

Columns:

participant, depuis, sujet, titre, niveau, etapes_faites, etapes_total,
meilleur_score, valide, valide_le, attestation, derniere_activite

Unknown tokens

A miscopied or since-regenerated token is not silently ignored: it is returned in inconnus, so that a wrong count is visible.

{ "participants": [ … ], "inconnus": ["JETON_MAL_COPIE"] }

Limits

Up to 200 tokens per call, and 60 calls per minute per address. Beyond that, the response is 429.
